Hi, I'm Fred
With two decades experience as a practicing physiotherapist and over a decade of high performance experience in the New Zealand sporting landscape, in addition to seven years of coaching my strong belief is that movement and consistency are at the core of rehabilitation.
To that end I educate my clients on reducing imbalance, improving movement patterns and building strength. Underpinning these values is the understanding that every individual has a different starting point and needs to be met where they're at, go get to where they need to be. No cookie cutter clam shells here...
